As she shared with me, “I just want to eat REAL FOOD AGAIN.” 

Have you ever tried to lose weight by doing something you REALLY didn’t want to do?

That was the story of my client Anne. 

She came to me after trying a popular diet product that made her reliant on their packaged foods. 

Deep down she knew she didn’t want to eat ONLY packaged foods but after being told by her doctor she needed to lose weight and FAST- she thought it was her only option!

And, she did. She lost 20 pounds in 12 weeks. Until it ALL started crashing down. She couldn’t restrict any more food to lose additional weight, she kept “cheating” on her diet and her sugar cravings were OUT OF CONTROL. 

It was time for a new approach and that’s when she reached out to me.  From the beginning of working together, this is what she wanted:

  1. To be able to eat REAL food with her family and friends.
  2. To cook her famous recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
  3. Find a balance between eating “strong food” and “fun food” so that she could enjoy snacks with her grandkids, happy hour with her girlfriends and date night with her husband.

So, we got to work! 

We started transitioning her off of packaged food products and she started to incorporate whole foods back into her diet.  She increased her calories by over 800 per day to lose another 10 pounds and at 60 years of age she got back to lifting weights- which she LOVED!

THIS was the transformation she was looking for! To FEEL healthy, confident and strong in her food choices and her body!
