While these claims sound AMAZING the reality is they are giving you false hope.

So, here are some TRUTHS about weight loss:

1️⃣ Weight doesn’t just “fall off.” Weight loss is actually against our biology.  If you want to lose weight, you will need to work and be intentional with it. It won’t just happen.

2️⃣ Healthy weight loss is defined as 0.5-1 pound per week. This helps prevent the body from going into a stress state and also prevents weight regain. 

3️⃣ Pills and injections require diet and lifestyle changes as well. You will need to make diet and lifestyle changes ALONG with taking medication if you want to see 10-20% weight loss. The majority of individuals who rely on medication alone gain weight back + more. 

When you learn how your body truly works, you can start working WITH it, not against it to get the weight loss results you are looking for!
